Quick checks before you send

• Thread breaking or skipped stitches: fit a new needle of the right system and size, flat side the right way, and re-thread with the presser foot up.
• Needle breaking: check that the needle is pushed fully up in the clamp and is not too thin for the fabric.
• Loose or uneven stitches: clean lint from under the needle plate and the bobbin case, then set the thread tension again.
• Error code on the display: note the exact code (for example E302) – it tells our team where to look.
