Every order is sent by courier from our shop in Govindpuri, New Delhi. The delivery charge depends on your PIN code and the weight of the parcel, at the courier's live rate: you see it on the product page (enter your PIN code under "Check delivery") and again at checkout before you pay. One parcel carries all the parts in an order for one charge, so it is cheaper to order the parts you need together.
Our prices are kept low (cost plus a small margin), so delivery is charged separately on every order. There is no free-delivery threshold.
Orders are paid online at checkout: UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. Cash on Delivery is not offered.
Delhi NCR: usually the next day.
Most of India: 2 to 4 days.
Far places (North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, islands): about 6 days.
These are the courier's own estimates: the PIN code check on each product page shows the estimate for your address. Orders are packed at our Govindpuri shop and sent by DTDC.
Once your parcel is dispatched, its DTDC consignment number is shown on our Track Order page (enter your order number and phone number).
