Jack error E07: Motor plug / locked head / overload

Motor plug / locked head / overload. The motor is not turning as commanded: a loose motor plug, something jammed in the head or belt, or material too thick for the motor.

What to check

  1. Switch off; check the motor plug, turn the hand wheel to find a jam, and check the material thickness.

Switch the machine off before touching any connector. If the code comes back after these checks, the fault is usually in the servo motors or belts or hooks and shuttles.
