What to check
- Switch off and turn the pulley to check the machine has not locked up.
- Check the motor connectors on the motor PCB (P11, P1) and the synchroniser connector.
Switch the machine off before touching any connector. If the code comes back after these checks, the fault is usually in the servo motors or control boxes, PCBs and sensors.
