Motor encoder error (A/B phase). The A and B position signals from the main motor encoder are missing or wrong.
Shown on JUKI machines including 910N, AMS-210E, AMS-210EN, AMS-221EN, AMS-224EN, AMS-251, AP874, AP876, APW-895N, APW-896N, DDL-8700B, DDL-9000CS and others.
Switch the machine off before touching any connector. If the code comes back after these checks, the fault is usually in the servo motors or control boxes, PCBs and sensors.

Motor encoder error (A/B phase). The A and B position signals from the main motor encoder are missing or wrong.
Check the motor signal connector (CN30 on DDL-8700B type boxes, CN14 on the LK-1900A SDC board) for a loose or broken cord; the cord often gets trapped in the machine. Replace the encoder or motor if the cord is good. If the code stays, the fault is usually in the servo motors or control boxes, PCBs and sensors.
In the manuals we have read, E730 appears on 910N, AMS-210E, AMS-210EN, AMS-221EN, AMS-224EN, AMS-251, AP874, AP876, APW-895N, APW-896N and other models.
